Precious Mineral BB Cream promotes silky complexion with pearl infused sheer coverage.
Contains adenosine and arbutin for anti-wrinkle & whitening efficacies. SPF for UV protection.

Trends I L♥VE

 High low skirts
I am currently obsessed with high low skirts and dresses. They are very feminine and a great way to transition to warmer weather. I love how lightweight high low skirts look and feel. They are perfect for those who want to show off their nice, toned legs.

Outfit of the Day

Happy Sunday everyone!
It is summertime, and the weather is blazing hot where I live (100° F).
I decided to pair this cute lace crop top with some plain shorts that I got a while back. I thought the bow belt compliments the shorts pretty well. This blue beaded bracelet is actually a necklace, I just wanted a pop of color here and there. Last but not least, the pair of gladiator sandals add the final touch to my look and give it a little bit of bling bling!

The Best Beauty Tips

Use baking soda to whiten teeth:
People always ask how I get my teeth so white; the secret is hiding in your kitchen! Sprinkle baking soda on toothbrush and brush as normal. I do this once a week or when I'm lazy, once a month. :)

Exfoliate:
A fast way to get a radiant complexion is through getting rid of dead skin cells. Exfoliating will allow fresh new cells to be exposed giving your skin a healthy glow. I recommend using the St. Ives Scrub.

Drink soymilk:

The natural inflammatory in soy reduces puffiness and helps brighten your dark circles. The cold temperature also reduces swelling. I love soy milk!

Get wide awake eyes:
Warm your lash curler with a blow dryer for 3 seconds before curling your lashes. This will give your curls a nice lift. Be careful
though, don't burn your eyes!
How to look young: apply sunscreen
We apply sunscreen on our face, but we often forget about our neck and hands. These parts of your body shows signs of aging the fastest. My favorite is Eucerin moisturizer with SPF 30. If you desperately need a tan, use self tanners. I've seen too many of my friends grill their skin in the sun :( ( no bueno). If you want gorgeous
skin when you're 60, protect your skin now.

Hydration is key:
Water helps clear the toxins in your body. Some people use hyaluronic acid lotions, I just drink water. Try to drink at least
8 glasses a day. The benefits to water are
endless, but I admit that sometimes I don't
drink enough water, do you?

How To Dye Your Hair Brown

Xin chao! I hope everyone is having an amazing day so far. My mom wanted to dye her hair a medium brown color, so we hurried to Walmart to get Revlon silk ultra light ash blonde. I did some research beforehand, and it seems like this color works wonder on dark hair.
The dye was left on her hair for 30 minutes. It was also wrapped in a plastic bag. The heat from your head will naturally expedite color processing. She used the blow dryer for 3 minutes so that the color would absorb better.
Indoor light

So here is the story. My mom's hair was originally dark brown, but she wanted to go lighter for summertime. The result is quite impressive for a drugstore hair dye (I hesitated at first because I was afraid that her hair might turn orange). No worries here ;) because it's exactly what she wanted.

Daylight
For those who have virgin black hair, this will still work. My cousin did the exact same thing. All you need to do is leave the hair dye on for 45 minutes instead.
Tips :P
  • Apply vaseline around your hairline to prevent smudging.
  • Dye unwashed hair.
  • Cut a hole on the top of a trash bag and wear it if you don't want your clothes to get dirty!
Don't be afraid to experiment, happy hair dying everyone! Oh, and don't forget to smile :)

Cute Summer Nail Polish

Hey everyone!
First off, let me start by saying how much I love China Glaze's Poolside summer collection. The colors are fantastic; so fresh and summery! My favorite color is flip flop fantasy. It is a bright neon coral. Even though it looks matte when you first apply it, applying a top coat will definitely gives your nails long lasting shine. I added some quirky designs to make it more interesting. ^^

My rating: 4.5/5
What is your favorite nail polishes as of right now?
